RETURNS + EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
We accept orders for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Your items must meet the following criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed.
- Items must be odorless.
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
- "Items must not be worn" policy applies to underwear and all active and training shorts due to their interior liners.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”, purchased from 3rd Party vendors, and/or Alternative Retail Warehouse Sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Each order can only be exchanged up to 3 times. After that, it becomes final sale. No exceptions.
WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND?
YYou will be refunded the original price paid for the item, minus a return label fee.
Return shipping label fees are waived for exchanges or store credit returns.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, as well as any Duty and taxes incurred, are non-refundable.
For purchases made with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card.
Reward points will be adjusted and returned to your account, available for use on your next order.
If a non KODA & CO item is received with your return and our support team is unable to reach you within 10 days of receipt, your item will be donated.
HOW DO I PRINT MY RETURN LABEL?
You’ll first want to start your return or exchange by clicking the link below. Once you’ve entered your order number and zip code, the system will prompt you to select the item(s) you wish to send back, as well as the new Exchange item(s) if you’d like to switch for a different product. Once these steps are completed, you’ll be prompted to print your return label.

CAN I USE MY OWN RETURN LABEL?
AnswerYes. You have the option to ship your order according to our instructions dictated by your order.
We recommend saving your tracking number in order to monitor the progress of your package.
CAN I SHIP TWO RETURNS IN ONE PACKAGE?
No, each return label is generated with a specific weight. Shipping more than the items specified in your return request can result in refund delays or packages lost in transit.

International orders are eligible for returns; however, exchanges are currently not available for these orders.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Orders under $75 qualify for our discounted flat rate of $7.00 for standard shipping for any order shipping domestically within the US.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
All orders placed between November 1st - December 25th will be eligible for return until January 31, 2025.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED
We require a signature upon delivery for orders over $750. If your order is under $750 and a signature is being required, this decision has been made by the courier and is out of our control. For additional information on signature requirements, please contact the courier.

We currently offer a dynamic shipping rate to Canada that will be calculated at Checkout. NOTE: Customs, duties, and taxes may be charged upon delivery. WHAT IS ROUTE & HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’ve partnered with Route Shipping Insurance to offer the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If you experienced an issue with your order, just file a claim with Route’s team HERE.
Route fee paid by the customer is a non-refundable insurance protection fee. Customers will receive a separate email from Route with claim protection information. For additional updates, please download the Route app to MAKE A CLAIM.

HOW MANY TIERS ARE THERE?
There are FOUR tiers in KODA'S REWARDS Program. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers.
HOW DO I EARN STORE CREDIT?
Every time you make a purchase, you earn store credit. You can redeem your store credit during checkout.
DOES MY STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?
For our Koda Rewards, your store credit expires after 365 days. For our Basic Rewards, your store credit expires after 180 days.

If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your Membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your Membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new Membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
X.4 Store Credits. As a benefit of your Membership, you may receive store credit, which can be used only to purchase products or services on our website.
